Short-Term Rental/Vacation Cleaning

Service Description

All homes receive the following: Kitchen: Wipe down cabinets/countertops/backsplash/stovetop (items removed and replaced). Sinks cleaned inside and around (including behind sink). Clean inside of microwave. Clean exterior of refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Baseboards dusted. Floors swept and mopped. Trash emptied and bag replaced. Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect tubs/sinks/shower/countertops with extra attention to areas of buildup. Clean mirrors/chrome/shower doors. Toilet cleaned (inside and out). Dust baseboards, pictures, window ledges/sills, blinds. Floor swept and mopped. Trash emptied and bag replaced. Living and Sleeping Areas: Dust furniture top/sides/front. Dust blinds/ceiling fans/window sills/fixtures. Clean mirrors/glass tables. Vacuum and/or mop floors. General tidying up. Beds made. Trash emptied and bags replaced. Vacuum upholstered sofas and chairs. Hallway/Stairs: Vacuumed and/or mopped. Dust stairs/pictures/shelves/furniture.
